Files you attach to a project submission (specifications, RFPs, URS documents) are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and route it to relevant expertise
- To review applications for the expert network and directory listings
- To deliver requested resources and, where you opt in, periodic intelligence emails
- To understand which topics and pages are useful, in aggregate
Sharing
When you submit a project, we may share the relevant details with practitioners or providers in our network so they can assess fit. We do not sell personal information. We use service providers for hosting, database storage and email delivery, who process data on our behalf.
Retention
We retain submissions for as long as needed to service the inquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You can request deletion at any time.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact us through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies and analytics
We use only what is necessary to operate the site and to understand aggregate usage. We do not use the site to build advertising profiles.
